Our COVID-19 Response
For over 20 years, Balance Staffing has worked to support job seekers and companies through wide ranges of uncertainty, including economic shifts and business hardships. Our innovation, commitment to relationships, and organizational agility have allowed us to arrive on the other side of challenges successfully and we have no plans of stopping now. We are taking action daily to put the health and safety of our employees, clients, and candidates first. In addition to following guidance from CDC, state, CAL/OSHA, and county health directives, we are taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of our employees during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our internal workforce has transitioned to working remotely and is closely following precautions for beginning or returning to non-remote work. All in-person meetings have been limited and supplemented with virtual meetings. We have created a COVID-19 resource hub, that includes advisories and protocol checklists, which our team continuously updates as we engage with new health directives. We update our workforce in real time with important information that keeps safety at the forefront of all of our operations.
As our workforce continues to adapt to the impacts of COVID-19, continuity and flexibility remain key focuses for us and we stand by our commitments to our trusted clients and candidates. We have compiled resources for returning-to-work protocols, safety guidance, and onsite screening checklists as well as materials for conducting virtual job fairs, running remote networking events, and tips for video interviews.
We are proud of how our innovative and passionate team members have transitioned seamlessly to remote work and internal business functions have continued to run smoothly across all levels of our organization. Our team members were subject matter experts on safety protocols, transitioning to remote work, and managing remote workforces effectively long before this year, and remain experts through this transitional time. We will continue to provide updates to our COVID-19 protocols and wish our team members, clients, and communities good health and safety as we look towards the future.
