Balance Staffing’s celebrates 25 years of service in the staffing industry!

Balance Staffing Workforce, LLC was founded in 1997 by John Moss and Robert Feinstein with a vision of creating a company that valued the lives of all candidates, clients, and professionals. 

During the initial formation of the company 25 years ago, the word “balance” remained a guiding light, defining the type of company, culture, and environment they wanted to create. 

For the last 25 years, that’s been our guiding purpose, inspiring us to always be at our best. To us, job seekers are more than a resume; they are unique individuals working to achieve their career dreams. And, to us, companies aren’t clients, but partners striving for business success.

Balance Staffing is based in Stockton, CA and has now grown to Fremont, Fresno, Modesto, Merced, Salinas, San Jose, Sacramento, California, as well as Austin and El Paso, Texas, Tempe, Arizona and Reno, Nevada.  Balance Staffing was ranked on Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2020 and 2021 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms. Additionally, Balance Staffing was awarded ClearlyRated’s 2021 Best of Staffing Award.
