This has been a great year (and it’s not over yet!). We’ve had exciting things happening at Balance, all focused on continuing our growth and expanding access to our full range of personalized and seamless staffing solutions.
We’re excited to announce that we are opening three new branch locations across the Southwest in Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.
Our goal with these new branch openings is to have closer contact with the clients we currently serve in these regions and to continue to build upon our candidate network in the area. This expansion enhances our ability to maintain the personal touch that has been the foundation of our client and candidate relationships.

This expansion isn’t our first. The Balance story has been 25 years in the making. Since opening our first office location in California in 1997, we’ve continued to grow, opening over 15 local offices across the United States while also positioning specialized remote-work hubs across four individual states.
Our teams openly share resources and information across all branch offices and remote hubs, creating a specialized network that allows us to help businesses win by connecting great people with great opportunities. It’s how we continue to outshine our competition.
